Holiday Happenings

Hello, Hello,

The first Holiday Happenings newsletter is on it's way out. Check your inbox. This is not the project that was sent out today but it was mentioned in the newsletter. I put together another set of beads to make a found object necklace. My red combo sold out a few months ago. I didn't want to make the exact same necklace so I cam up with this combo. I am in love with the flower pendant. I put the sets on Etsy and when they are gone they are gone.

My challenge of the day is my Quilt Market booth. Several times in the past month I have wondered what I have gotten myself into. Quilt Market is one big ol fancy show. I need a top notch booth better than anything I have ever put together before. It's intimidating and overwhelming. I feel like I am getting there, you can see below my walls and floor, they were being painted today. I will keep you posted as I progress. The shows only a few weeks away so I need to progress a bit more quickly!

I mentioned in the Holiday newsletter today there will be a give a way each week during the holiday newsletters. Well this weeks newsletter revolved around found objects so I thought it would be fun to put a selection together for one lucky member. You can leave a comment to be in the drawing. If you place an Etsy or online order this week you will receive another chance to win.
It's back to work on my booth there's so much to be done. Have a good day,

Almost Time

Oh Boy, I am busy getting ready for the start of my Ten Holiday Projects. Above is a picture of my candy...it just came in. If you have ordered from me in the past, you know that you always get fizzy candies in with your beads. This is to prevent people from actually eating my beads because they look like candy! Ha Ha, okay seriously, I just think it's a nice touch and I do get e-mails from people saying they like my candy. I thought it would be fun to mix it up for the Holiday projects and send out red and green mints. These are the yummy buttery kind, I have done a few taste tests and they are good. I need to start sending them out or I will be eating way to many of these. Yum!

Also, in preparation for the projects(can you tell I love this stuff:) )I made ceramic numbers for my e-mails to count the projects. This is my number eight(duh) but I thought I could put it to work today because it's how many days are left until the first project goes out. Woohoo!
Okay it's back to work for me...if you haven't signed up be sure too, the projects will be coming via e-mail and they start next Wednesday. The sign up is on the bottom of the page here.

Have a good one,
Jennifer
