Letter Charms and a Sale

Hello!

How is everyone out there in blogland? I hope good. I need to take some studio pictures to show you what I have been up to. Yesterday I painted ornaments all day. It was fun. I think this weekend  I am going to start working on holiday decorations in the gallery. I need to get some holiday music too, is it too early for that? I might need to wait a few weeks for it.

This weeks holiday project is personalized bookmarks. I made these snazzy new letter charms for personalizing gifts and your own things. I made this necklace with a J charm on it. I also made a zipper pull. My boys are going to have these on there back packs soon.

My Etsy shop is driving me crazy! I am getting ready to do a big cleanout. I thought before I did it myself I thought I would give you a chance to clean it out. Black Friday thru Cyber Monday Sale

The sale starts now and here are the details.....


I am having a sale at both of my Etsy shops! Starting Thursday and running thru Monday everything is 15% off the marked prices in the shop. Also, with any order over 20.00 you will receive a glass bead assortment as a gift. I am filling the Jangles Etsy shop up with loads of new beads and bead sets for holiday gift making. It's My Birthday! (you get free beads)

Hey Hey...yep, it's my birthday today. The older I get the less exciting they are, but none the less I will celebrate today. Remember a long time ago when I promised pictures of my felt food? Well here's a cupcake I made. It's a fun little project but I have to admit, I have moved on to other crafty things for now. My birthday present from my fam was a folk art painting class. I started last week and it is so much fun. I collect folk art and I love to make it but I never seem to have the time. I found a class at the local art center. I know you're thinking isn't folk art self taught? It is but it's so nice to have a wonderful teacher to gather supplies and found objects. Plus there are other students who all like folk art as much as I do. So the cow was my first painting last week. This week I made the fish and the houses. The fish is a fan blade and the houses are painted on metal boxes I found at a thrift shop. Next week we are doing pet portraits...I'll show you when I am finished.

Holiday Sales

Holiday Sales are on my mind today...just found out yesterday about a big one. So I am up to three events that need my finished jewelry and beads and they need it soon. I am really excited about these opportunities and am having so much fun with the designing. My studio kitchen table is lined up with beads and findings ready to be put together. Now just to find the time....hmmm.
