Oregon and My Favorite Things

Hello, Hello,

I went on a mini vacation last weekend. Our good friends from Oregon got married last weekend, so Nik and I went to Cannon Beach for the wedding. We flew in Thursday morning and got home Monday morning, it was short but loads of fun. Besides the wedding, two of my favorite things are there, tide pools and flowers!

As you can imagine, I took a lot of pictures. I haven't had time to go through and edit them all but here are a few. I will save the torture of 500 starfish pictures for my family.

Oh and Oregon has a lot of good espresso, and that's third on my list of favorite things.

Have a great day,

    1. There are tons stacked on top of each other on the sides of the rocks. You can only see them when it's low tide. These are purple and orange. I've only seen them in Oregon.

  2. Nice pictures. I am from Oregon and love the coast but live in Idaho now, not to far away to get back to the coast tho. I love spending time searching all the little tide pools, you just never know what treasure you are going to find in them. Glad you had fun.

    1. This is my second time seeing them in Oregon. I've seen lots of tide pools in Maine as well. They are completely different there.

  7. Cannon Beach is one of the most beautiful places on the coast. Been a few years since I've been there but loved every minute of it.

  9. I just love Cannon Beach! My grandparents had a beach house there when I was growing up so I spent all my summers there.
