Today is packing day! I am so ready to get everything in the car and take off. Got my fingers crossed that it all fits. If not we have a cargo box for the top and a cargo carrier for the back, one way or another it will make it to Kansas City.
As I write, I am waiting on one last kiln to cool down so I can get the rest of the buttons that I need. After I unload it I am heading over to the studio where Katie and I will be packing up button sets, packing, and loading the car.
If you're headed to Quilt Market, please stop by and say Hi. I will be in booth 1318, right across from In The Beginning Fabrics.
While I am gone, I thought it would be fun to have a give-a-way. It's been awhile since I have done that. Leave me a comment in this post and you could be randomly chosen to win a half yard of each Jolly Holiday Fabric shown up at the top, plus both of my new sewing patterns, Okey Dokey Owl, and Lucy and Millie Mermaid, and the buttons shown on the picture above! Wow weee! What a prize. Tell your friends! I'll pick the winner next week, after market.

ReplyDeleteLove the owl pattern. I have (& have made)your little bird pincushion. It turned out so cute-I used it for our Nasty Santa gift exchange at our stitching group & it was won by someone who said it is going in her living room & she is not going to stick pins in it. She loved it.
