Holiday Projects, A Must Read

They are coming! Yippee... I wanted to have one of those countdown clocks telling you exactly how many weeks, days, minutes,etc. that were left until the first project would go out. But it turns out, I am having some java script issues. It's not serious...I'm going to be alright. :)

I am going to do it the old fashion way. October 6th is the day! That means there are only 27 days until they start! Wahoo again!

If you aren't familiar with my annual Holiday Project newsletters then I will give you an idea of what you're in for. If you have always received my holiday newsletters, I advise you keep reading because there are new things being added this year. First of all, this is my fourth year of projects. I think I might do bullet points for the rest of my explanation.... Here we go.....

    Fun give away! I love the design and colors of your trees.
    I was just thinking about how this is going to be the year that I make more than I buy. Some beading, some constructing of things, I need to remember to start as early as you do! I think I will get my children in the act too.

    I already made 24 pair of Swarovski Christmas trees in various combinations of colors and spacers! We have 5 shows coming up this fall. I am also making gifts for my 2 nieces---last year it was a necklace and bracelet with small crosses for church, with added charms saying "faith" and "believe". This year I think I'm going to work on their school colors---they have spirit day every Friday.

    So fun!! I can hardly wait to see your amazing new beads :) I love making things for people at Christmas! I usually purchase ready made things too, but the things I make always mean more- most are sewn or hand crafted :) Thanks for a giveaway!

    I am definitely making gifts this year and selling some. I will be beading. Though after looking at your material I keep thinking I need to brush up on my rusty sewing skills.

    Love your Christmas beads and your new line of fabric, Tussie Mussie! It's so great that I even ordered 2 bolts of some of it cause I'm sure it's going to sell out! I always think I'm going to make gifts but never end up having time to do it...sigh...

    Hey Jennifer, I love the Fall and the holdidays. My favorite memories of Chistmas as a little girl was not the toys and gifts. I don't even remember the gifts. My favorite memories were baking with my grandmother and giving baked goods to neighbors and friends. We did that every year until she passed away at the age of 90. I now carry on that tradition with my daughter and grandchildren. This year I am learning alot of new techniques and materials in jewerly making. Those pieces will fill most of my Christmas list this year. I love your work. Can't wait to see your Christmas line,

    I'll be beading, sewing and stamping most of my Christmas gifts this year. I might even throw in some crocheting. My house is the 3-ring circus of crafting...I do it all!

    Hi Jennifer! For the last 6 years I've given jewelry and other crafts as gifts.Poor relatives & friends.The first year I made garden stones!20lb presents.My mom still has hers,bless her heart.I've done stringing,sewing,mixed media-this year I'm trying resin among others.

    I plan on making a lot more of my gifts this year. It's a way of giving things that are more personal plus it also helps on the budget. I know that when someone takes the time to make something for me, it just seems to mean so much more. I'd like to pass that feeling on to my friends and family!

    I have already purchased a couple of your beads to make Christmas gifts. I like to make jewelry and this year, am planning on a couple of sewing projects too. My son and I make cookies every year to give as gifts to teachers, friends and neighbours, plus to a local restaurant for their community Christmas dinner.

    I am one of those who waits until the last minute to even think about holiday shopping/gifts! I usually make jewelry for my nieces, mom, girlfriends, & grandmas.
