Finally Finished

Wahoo! I finally finished up my quilt. Remember way back when I took my Kaffe Fassett workshop? I got some time over the holidays to sew together all of the pieces to the quilt. It has taken me quite awhile to get the borders made and it all put together. I finished up the binding last night. I am really happy with the way it turned out, I love color and this quilt has a lot. I am already thinking about what's next....

Have a Great Day!

  3. Thanks gals! I am pretty happy with it. I have it folded up in my studio afraid to take it upstairs. As soon as my little guy finds out it is finished he will make it his. So I am enjoying it for a few days until he gets his hands on it. He's a big fan of color too.

That is absolutely gorgeous!! Makes me want to sit on that swing with it on my lap and curl up with a good book (or my beading buddy).

  8. Frances,
Nik asked me the same thing about sending Brandon and Kaffe a photo. I figured they woud really care to see another one of their quilts. But maybe I will send it anyway.
    Thanks,

Yesterday would have been a beautiful day for swinging on my porch but I didn't have the time...now it's raining, erg. Maybe another day,

I am now thinking about my next, I really didn't think I would ever want to cut all those pieces again, but I might be addicted.
